Island Chicken Salad

Caribbean jerk grilled chicken on a bed of mixed lettuce with diced pineapple, carrots, tomatoes, and pecans with your favorite dressing.

The “Cape” Salad

Crispy lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, cucumber, & carrots topped with your choice of dressing. Optional: Add ½ Portion of catch of the day OR Grilled or Cajun chicken OR Deviled Crab Cakes.

The Banks Tuna Salad

Fresh local tuna cooked with our house Cajun seasoning then blended with sweet pickle relish and a citrus mayo. Served on a bed of mixed lettuce and topped with diced tomatoes and cucumbers with a side of house-made crackers.


Dressings: Ranch, French, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Blue Cheese.
